Chief Oye Balogun

Chief Oye Balogun is a seasoned entrepreneurial executive with several decades of experience across financial services, legal practice, infrastructure / property development, and commerce.

He is a Founding Director and current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kedari Capital Limited. Under his guidance, Kedari Capital has grown into a highly respected player in Nigeria's financial services sector.

He also serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board at First Atlantic Bank, providing oversight on strategic governance, policy direction, and institutional development. He has been the Managing Partner at Oye Balogun & Co. since 1991 and Managing Director of JB Maye PDC since 2006.
