Kedari Ghana Limited is an Investment holding company that owns a majority stakeholding in the Asset Management (First Atlantic Asset Mgt. Ltd.) and Stockbrokerage (First Atlantic Brokers Ltd) subsidiaries of First Atlantic Bank Limited.
Through these subsidiaries, Kedari is able to provide financial advisory, issuing house and investment management services.
The brokerage arm has consistently maintained a strong market share in Ghana — averaging 12% over six years and ranking among the top five Licensed Dealing Members on the Ghana Stock Exchange. The clientele includes notable institutional investors with strong presence across Africa.
The Asset Management business manages investments on a discretionary basis for private clients and manages portfolios for corporate and charitable institutions as well as collective funds. The Company recently acquired a Pension Fund Management licence from the National Pension Regulatory Authority.
