Esther Wingate

Esther leads the Legal and Compliance function at Kedari Capital. She previously worked in a leading commercial law firm with key roles in Energy and Commercial Transactions, Company Secretariat, and Compliance.

Her experience includes complex financing transactions relating to Corporate Restructuring and Asset Acquisitions, and providing company secretarial services to start-ups and conglomerates navigating Nigeria's business compliance regime.

She holds an LLB from the University of Ibadan and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Dundee.
